Manage shared links

View and manage the settings for all shared dashboard links on the Share Links page.

You can use the Share Links page to copy links, enable, disable or delete links, or change the date range when the link is accessible to end users.

  1. Open the Analytics app and on the Analytics menu, click the arrow in the Dashboards menu item to expand it.
  2. Click Share Links.
  3. Optional: To copy the URL to use to access the shared dashboard, click Copy to the left of the Link Name.
  4. Optional: To change the availability of a link:
    1. In the Availability Range column, click the dates displayed for a link that currently has a date range specified.
    2. Select the new end date for the share link. You can either extend or reduce the availability of the link.
    3. Click Apply.
    Result: The number of days remaining until the link expires is listed in the Time Left column.
  5. Optional: To enable or disable a link:

    • To enable a link, enable the toggle next to the link in the Enable Link column.

    • To disable a link, disable the toggle next to the link in the Enable Link column.

  6. To delete a link, click Delete to the right of the link entry and then click Delete in the confirmation dialog box.
