If you are an Admin, Power User, or Author, you can adjust the
access settings for a Configurable Dashboard, whenever necessary, to ensure
that the appropriate users can access the dashboard.

Open the Analytics app and on the analytics menu, click
Dashboards.

Beside an existing dashboard in the list, click the
Options menu and select
Access Settings.

In the
Access Settings dialog update the settings for
the dashboard and click
Save.
The access settings you can apply depend on the user role you have
been assigned.

of access settings.
