Change access settings for a crosstab report

If you are an Admin, Power User, or Author, you can adjust the access settings for a crosstab report, whenever necessary, to ensure that the appropriate users can access the crosstab report.

  1. Open the Analytics app and on the analytics menu, click Crosstabs.
  2. Click the Options menu on the right-hand side of the crosstab report you want to modify the access settings for and select Access Settings.
  3. In the Access Settings dialog update the settings for the crosstab report and click Save.

    The access settings you can apply depend on the user role you have been assigned.

    Access Setting User Roles Description
    Everyone Power User, Author All other users in the application instance can access the crosstab report.
    Admin Only Admin Only Admin users can access the crosstab report.
    Teams Admin, Power User, Author All users that belong to the assigned team(s) can access the crosstab report. If you belong to multiple teams, you can assign the crosstab report to all of the teams you belong to, or just one or more specific teams.
    Note: Admins have access to all crosstab reports, regardless of access settings.
