System fields and datasets
System fields store metadata for profile variables and for completed activities, such as each participant's browser details, and when they started and completed a survey. You can choose to make this information available in a dataset, or hide it.
To view the system fields in a dataset, open the dataset and turn on the
Show System Fields toggle.
System fields are the system questions associated with surveys and power surveys, and the metadata associated with profile variables. The information recorded in system fields depends on they type of data source.
Surveys include the following system fields:
- DisplayType
- UserAgent
- RespondentLocale
- ResponseStatus
- CompletedDate
Power surveys include the following system fields:
- CompletedDate
- StartedDate
- InvitationDate
- CompletionTime
- ResponseStatus
- Version
- Sample
- Communication
- PointsEarned
- BrowserData
- RespondentSource
- OSType
- DeviceType
- BrowserType
- BrowserVersion
- PluginType
- BrowserExperience
