Download a tile

Download a tile in a format of your choice and use it in documents or presentations.

  1. Open the Analytics app and on the analytics menu, click Dashboards. Then, select a dashboard from the list.
  2. In an existing dashboard, click the Options button on the top right of a tile and then, click Download data.
  3. From the Format menu, select from a list of formats.
    Note:
    • For JSON formats, field labels are rendered as JSON keys.
    • Transposed tables are rendered in the PNG format only.
  4. Expand the Advanced data options and select from the following options.

    Results

    Choose the visualization settings applied to the data.

    • With visualization options applied: Visualization settings are applied to your download, such as:
      • Show Row Numbers
      • Show Totals
      • Show Row Totals
      • Limit Displayed Rows to a maximum of 500 rows shown or hidden
      • Show Full Field Name
      • Custom labels
      • Conditional Formatting
    • As displayed in the data table: Visualization options are not applied and the download appears as the Data table.
    Data values
    • Formatted: The data appears similar to how it appears in the dashboard.
    • Unformatted: Special formatting such as rounding long numbers or special characters is not applied. This option is useful when you want to work with the data in another tool.
    Number of rows and columns to include
    • Current result table: Number of rows specified by the Row Limit of your tile. This is the default setting, and the default Row Limit is 500 rows.
      Note: If your download does not include all of the expected data, you can increase the Row Limit, or specify the All Results or Custom option.
    • All results: All results returned by the query are downloaded.
    • Custom: Specify the number of rows to download.
  5. Click Download.
  6. Optional: Click Open in Browser.
    Note: Certain options such as CSV cannot be opened in a browser and will automatically download instead.
