Create a copy of a crosstab report and use it as a template.

Open the Analytics app and on the analytics menu, click
Crosstabs.

Beside an existing crosstab report in the list, click the
Options menu and select
Duplicate.

In the dialog, enter a new name for the duplicated report.

Click
Duplicate.
Result: The duplicate report inherits the access settings applied
to the original report. If your user account has been assigned the
Can change access settings permission, you can
change the access settings for the duplicated report. If your account does not
have this permission, the report will be assigned to the teams you belong to,
or if you don't belong to any teams it will be available to everyone.
