Text analytics
Use Alida Text Analytics to perform sentiment analysis on selected fields from surveys, Touchpoint activities, and data tables.

Text analytics uses the latest large language models powered by generative AI with additional customized processing to rapidly and automatically provide human-level sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis can be performed on any of the languages supported by Surveys.
