Analytics user roles and permissions
Learn more about what roles a user has and what they can access with or without permissions.
The following user roles are available:

| Admin | Admins have permissions to create, export, and share publicly with stakeholders. | All areas of admin interface. |
| Power User |
Similar to Admins, Power Users have permissions create, export, and share publicly with stakeholders. |
All areas of admin interface. Power Users that do not have the Can access sensitive data permission are prevented from viewing dashboards that contain visualizations with sensitive data, and they are restricted from editing dashboards that contain sensitive data fields, whether or not these fields are used in visualizations. Additionally, they cannot select Data Tables that contain any fields marked Sensitive when selecting data sources for a New Dashboard. They can view and share dashboards that do not contain sensitive data. Power Users that have the Can access sensitive data permission can view and edit all dashboards. |
