Creating Classic Dashboards

There are multiple dashboard templates you can choose from to present different types of data.

Note: The following are supported question types in Classic Dashboards:

Template	Description
Profile Variables	A dashboard with only profile variable data.
Survey Responses	A dashboard with survey response data. Survey response dashboard can include both survey and profile variable data as long as the data contains both. For more information, see Create a survey and profile variable Classic Dashboard. Note: A survey response configurable dashboard can contain responses from multiple surveys and needs a dataset to be created. This is different from the survey dashboard which is predefined and can only be created from a single survey.
Touchpoint Responses	A dashboard with Touchpoint data. Note: Dashboards are not able to display both survey and touchpoint data.
NPS Dashboard	Net Promoter Score (NPS)℠ Dashboards are built with predefined tiles and are configurable after creation. These dashboards are built with automatically generated tiles with data from the first 10 questions and text analysis tiles.
Text Analytics	Text Analytics Dashboards are built with predefined tiles and are configurable after creation. These dashboards are built with automatically generated tiles with data from the first 10 questions and text analysis tiles.
