Managing dashboards

You can manage the dashboards you have access to from the Dashboards page, or from the Home page if the dashboard is a favorite.

Rename a dashboard
Change the name of a dashboard.
Duplicate a dashboard
Duplicate an existing dashboard and use it as a template for the new dashboard.
Delete a dashboard
Delete a dashboard that provides no more value to your stakeholders or analysis.
Share a dashboard
Allow stakeholders to easily view your dashboard with a public share link. You can optionally set the link to expire after a set period of time.
Change access settings for a dashboard
If you are an Admin, Power User, or Author, you can adjust the access settings for a Configurable Dashboard, whenever necessary, to ensure that the appropriate users can access the dashboard.
Publish a dashboard
You can publish your dashboard when it is ready to be viewed by users with access rights to the dashboards.
Manage shared links
View and manage the settings for all shared dashboard links on the Share Links page.
